Shipping & Order Terms
Gladzy ("we", "us") is the operator of https://gladzy.eu (the "Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are intended to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon how we provide our service.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or receive a refund for that item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase.
The shipping amount shown at checkout will be the final shipping cost charged to you for that order.
3. Returns
All returns are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please refer to that policy for full details.
In summary:
- You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.
- Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale. Where permitted by law, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- Where applicable consumer law grants you additional or mandatory rights (such as a statutory right of withdrawal or legal warranty rights), those rights are not limited by these terms.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time – Domestic
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping option selected.
4.2 Transit Time – International
In general, international shipments are in transit for approximately 4–22 days. This may vary depending on the destination country and the courier selected at checkout. Where available, we will show an estimated delivery time when you choose your shipping option.
4.3 Order Processing and Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time (PDT/UTC−7 or PST/UTC−8, depending on season) are usually dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are usually dispatched on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we will take steps to keep any shipment delays to a minimum.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
For change-of-address requests, we can update the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible or may require assistance from the shipping provider.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services where this option is available. Courier services may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We may be able to ship to military addresses (such as APO/FPO/DPO) using postal services (for example, USPS) where available. Courier services may not support delivery to such addresses.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item is found to be out of stock after you place your order, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item and dispatch the rest of the order. We may also contact you to offer alternatives where appropriate.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, please contact us so that we can investigate the delay with the shipping provider.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link (where available) that allows you to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel appears damaged in transit, please, where possible, refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service immediately.
If the parcel has been delivered in your absence and is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details so that we can advise on next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax / VAT
Where applicable, sales tax or VAT may be included in the price of the goods displayed on the Website or calculated at checkout, depending on your location and the relevant tax rules.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are your responsibility as the recipient. We encourage you to check any potential duties and taxes before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the shipment may be returned to us (where possible) at your expense. In that case, you will receive a refund for the value of the goods minus any costs related to the return shipping and handling. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you may request a cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returns.
9. Insurance
Parcels may be insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the shipping provider or as specified in the selected shipping option.
9.1 Parcel Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is confirmed as damaged in transit following the shipping provider’s investigation, we will arrange a refund or replacement, as appropriate.
9.2 Parcel Lost in Transit
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping provider, we will arrange a refund or replacement, as appropriate.
